Basically this is the same composition as the Drug Store, and I like it. There is one problem though, and that's equally shared: dirty, trampled snow. Scattered snow in images is generally a problem, because it is so high-contrast, but it's even harder to get away with trampled and dirty snow.

I guess you could invest an hour in Photoshop work and clean things up a bit, or you simply wait some time until the snow has gone.

One other thing you could try, is to shoot the same image just after sundown, in twilight, when the sky is still blue and the artificial lights of the city make for nice color contrasts. I see no street lights here, but I guess at least the windows of the building will be lit. A tripod would certainly help, and with a long time exposure I can imagine the trail of a car that rushes by. Pretty different moods, but maybe worth trying.
